The place of vulnerability is a scary place for most. Followed by various levels of anxiety, we believe the old energy of resistance, when it tells us, "don't go there, don't open yourself up, don't love, don't feel." When in truth the space of vulnerability is golden opportunity and created by your soul, so that you may feel through the layers of fear based resistance and walls of shut down. It's time to be brave!
