We do not realize or understand that we have a choice until we awaken to the choice. In this moment the choice becomes apart of the illusion.

Fear is built into this earth experience. No matter how healed or how conscious, fear is the built in tool/ the gift - to be reminded of what not to chose. This built in gift (fear) is also the information to follow within, when triggered, in order to release and heal triggers more deeply.
