With what we are given we can either save it or spend it. It's important look at why are we saving, out of wisdom to utilize later or out of fear. And what risks are we willing to take to build with God? Are we stewarding His provision well?

The function of the Church is to establish the Kingdom of God. And God's Kingdom is in the here and now, established through our offering of ourselves as living sacrifices, going all in for His purpose.

Sometime we need to go back to the basics of our faith to figure out how to get out of our spiritual stagnation and grow in our relationship with God. And ask ourselves, "do we know who God is?", and "are we convinced of His overwhelming love towards us?"

We were created for connection, not transaction. And a true relationship with God produces a trust in Him, and leads to a surrendered life of obedience to Him, which leads to a life and peace in Jesus Christ.

God's grace is for everyone. He is our Heavenly Father who shows up and works through people by His grace to express His care, kindness and love.

God reigning through grace is what the Kingdom of God is. His grace begins with Him looking to pour out His love, and is always expressed through His presence. God's grace is always transformative, it doesn't leave you where it found you.

Jesus used the activity of a meal to teach about the Kingdom of God and it's values. He showed that the values of God's Kingdom are often counter to the values of this world. It includes the lowly and discarded, but excludes the self-absorbed and indifferent.
