In this episode I talk about what we started doing in my salon a year ago to minimize no shows and cancellations- it has completely changed everything! Empowering yourself to take responsibility and put consistent policies in place allows you to keep the right clients in your chair… and continue attracting clients that will respect your time. ✨

Specializing as a stylist is a BIG step and isn’t for everyone, but if it’s something that you have your heart set on, it can be achieved through intentional & strategic planning.
