In this episode Kioa dives into a list of Dad Time Management Hacks that he found on a post. He discusses the different points made with his own personal notes. Here is the list:
1) Wake Up Before Your Kids (especially on weekends)
2) Plan Ahead (workouts, daily tasks, routines, etc)
3) Prioritize (eliminate unproductive time sucks like watching sport games, video games, etc)
4) Turn off Electronics (find a two hour window where screen time is not allowed for the family)
5) Pencil in down time for Yourself (self care time)
6) Make time for your Kids (work pays the bills, but it doesn't make up for lost time)
Challenge for you this week is to work on 2 of these items from the list.
