If you’re on a strict eating plan, you can grow tired of eating the same things all the time. I mean, how many different ways can you make eggs before you just don’t want them anymore? Well, today, you’ll see that the Israelites started complaining about eating manna, the food God provided for them, after only 3 days. They wanted something different. Pastor Bill exhorts you to learn from the Israelites bad example and remain grateful for life’s “eggs.” God’s gifts are always good and the best is yet to come.

Words have power…so what you say matters. Whether it’s spoken out loud or written down in a text or email, the things you say impacts people. And this huge effect can be either encouraging or harmful. Well, because God is love, He cares about how you talk to others. Today, Pastor Bill shares that God is paying attention to your words. He wants you to be a reflection of His love and character… to love like Him. And, even when you mess up, which of course you do, the Lord’s love for YOU never changes.

Leviticus lays out the true condition of God’s people. Unclean, sinful and desperately needing a savior. It also foreshadows the coming of Jesus, our savior who gives life. Today, Pastor Bill will issue a call to thankfulness and remembrance for all God has done for you. He also challenges you to live in expectant hope for the eternal future to come. Heaven will be glorious and we can wait in excitement for that. Until then, live with an urgency to make Jesus known so others experience this hope too.

In the Bible, leprosy was a death sentence. You were banished and left alone, destined for your end. Today, our world faces problems like leprosy – covid and cancer, among other things. But, as Pastor Bill teaches today, sin and separation from God are more dangerous and damning than these diseases. Yet, Jesus, who loved and healed many lepers, died on the cross and healed humanity from our eternal damnation. And through the Holy Spirit, he lives in and with believers. Because of this, we will never be banished.

Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave over 2000 years ago, securing salvation for all who believe in Him. It was an event of long ago, but as Pastor Bill teaches today, the act of salvation is still living and active today. He actively draws people to himself, saves them through their faith, and actively transforms believers into His own likeness. Because of Jesus, you get to boldly go directly to God, worship Him, know Him and be His friend. He longs for you to come to Him in confident faith!

Having a relationship with God will change you. It transforms your thoughts and your attitude. And it all starts with Jesus redeeming you. And as Pastor Bill teaches today, this relationship means that as you meet with Him, grow in him, and get to know him more intimately, you are transformed more and more to be like Jesus. And after your time with Him, others should see in your life that you spend time with Jesus. You should glow with a radiance that only comes from being in the presence of God.

Life is busy. Chaotic. Crowded. It’s sometimes hard to find space for God in the craziness of your life. There’s always an excuse available. You don’t have time. You don’t have a serene spot to worship. You don’t know how to meet with God. Well, today Pastor Bill will encourage you to, like Moses, go into your tent, so to speak, with God. Go away from the chaos, seek God and you’ll find Him. He longs to be with you. Prioritize time with Him in your day and you’ll experience blessing.

Did you know that you have an intercessor and eternal advocate? Today, you learn from Pastor Bill's message that Jesus lives to make intercession for you. He is constantly advocating for you before His Father. Jesus didn't just die for your sins, but for the sins of the world. He truly cares and has compassion for you. Pastor Bill encourages you, to keep trusting and laying your life down at Jesus' feet. He is with you and for you. His Spirit intercedes for what you can't express. Trust that He's with you.

No amount of your own good works can earn you right standing before the Lord. Only by receiving Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior will you be given the right standing before God.
