Many people look at the trials in their life and think they have it pretty rough, but so many people forget that there’s a spiritual war waging all around us, all the time; you’re always a part of it, even if you’re not aware of it. Today, Pastor Bill encourages us to take up our cross and follow Jesus, no matter the consequ-ences. You will always have people in your life that don’t agree with or don’t like you, but that can’t matter in the face of battle. Put on your Armor of God, every morning, before you face the day.

The Kingdom of God is a kingdom without compromise. God demands perfection and righteousness. That may sound hard, even impossible… because it is. As Pastor Bill continues our study of Luke’s Gospel account in today’s message, we’ll be confronted with the beautiful challenge of living as Children of God in a fallen, sinful world. Fortunately, meeting the standards of God’s Kingdom isn’t up to you. Christ met those standards, but took your sin on Himself to secure your place in His family.
