The book of Revelation paints a wonderful picture of what it will be like to be in the presence of God. We know that Jesus already holds the title deed to the Earth, but as part of His Church, we get to take part in that ownership. Pastor Bill encourages us today to rejoice in the coming Kingdom and also to reach as many people for Jesus as possible before the final trumpet sounds. Everyone is called to join the Body of Christ, but not all who are invited will answer the call to follow Him.

The world is on a countdown timer that ends in Jesus’ return, but no one besides the Lord Himself knows when that time will run out. In the meantime, it is our job as the Body of Christ to continue to do the good work of the Gospel, to get as many people into the Kingdom as possible. Just like little diligent worker ants, our impact may seem small at the local level. But when the efforts are combined across thousands of local congregations worldwide, the work of the harvest truly begins!

Even the tallest skyscrapers in the world started from simple materials. Steel, concrete, and glass are crafted together to create massive structures, but they didn’t just show up one day. Skilled workers had to take those materials to form them into something bigger. Pastor Bill reminds you today that just like an expert builder, God can take the tiny things that you offer from your feeble life and turn them into something glorious. Never doubt what the Lord can do with your loaves and your fishes.

Ever since the fall of man in the Garden of Eden, mankind has had a problem with jealousy and lust. Immoral desires can be one of the deepest roots of sin in the hearts of even the most faithful followers of Jesus. Pastor Bill doesn’t want you to think you’re immune to this problem, either. This common struggle unites the body of Christ and makes you realize that your brothers and sisters in the Lord are your equals. The thing that unites you all is the love of Jesus that supersedes those immoral desires.

There are some people in the world who have devoted their lives to explaining every tiny bit of life through the lens of science. Their goal, whether they truly know it or not, is to try and numb their need for the love of God, because that love is something that can’t be explained by science. Pastor Bill encourages you today to be caught up in the wonder of the agape love of God. Don’t try to explain away this kind of love, but instead allow yourself to be immersed in and consumed by it.

A welder’s work consists of using extremely high heat to fuse metals together. It takes a light touch to create the proper welds that ensure a strong joint, one that will stand the test of time. But there is one bond stronger than any welder could hope to achieve. Pastor Bill teaches you today that the bond between Jesus and His Church is a bond that nothing can ever break. And as a member of the Body of Christ, you are also irreversibly bonded to Jesus, marked as one of His own forever.
