When a sports team wins a championship, it’s not long before players start to leave because other teams are offering them more money. But the good teams, with players who want to build something together, will make sacrifices so the team can stick together, and that’s how dynasties are made. In today’s message, Pastor Bill says you must look out for others just as much as you look out for yourself. It’s in your best interest to ensure that others are cared for in the body of Christ!
When a tactical team is trying to complete a mission, there’s one crucial part that can crumble the whole team if done wrong. It’s the idea of being one. See, if even one person deviates and does something on their own, the mission could fail! In today’s message, Pastor Bill says that as followers of Jesus, we must all be one together. There is no separation in the body of Christ because Christ is the one who unifies. The enemy will try to take this away from you, but you must remain strong and unified in Christ.
