Do you find yourself not completing things the first time? Have you missed deadlines, opportunities or following up? Are you getting more stressed out? You aren't alone. This is one of the biggest time wasters. This takes up space in your mind keeping you distracted from your life. This is a common way to add time. This week is so powerful. As we dive deeper into Clearing Our Mind, we are revisiting our commitments. What we commit to determines our path. If you aren't getting the results you desire, this will be a very powerful week. Be open to have an honest look at what you are choosing to commit to and your level of commitment. This is about freeing up time and stop beating yourself up for not fully applying yourself to what you'll say you do. It may simply be your level of commitment hasn't been identified.
The Practice this week... Go through your commitments. Choose your level of commitment and look at how much time it's taking in your day, week or month. Ask yourself: Do I have enough time set aside for it? Is it taking me where I want to go? De-committing is also a great option too. Revisit them and decide how you want it to be.
