He points out that the prophet Elijah did not complete all his earthly missions; instead, many were passed down to Elisha. Elisha had to finish Elijah's work before starting his own.

Roberts asserts that everything from the Old Testament must ultimately connect to the cross and Jesus before it reaches us. He mentions the four generational mantles of healing that our nation has experienced recently, teaching that God ensures each generation recognizes and understands these mantles, whether prophetic or healing, which are infused with His power and presence.

He also clarifies that mantles are different from anointings and impartations, cautioning against misunderstandings of these terms. Interestingly, he reveals that a mantle carrier does not openly acknowledge their mantle. The person bearing the mantle does not control it; only God, the giver, guides its use.
