Wayne Foreman is the Founder and CEO at Foreward Companies in addition to being the owner of CDF Distributions, both in Gallatin, Tennessee. Wayne’s community-driven coaching and consulting firm, founded in early 2023, is dedicated to helping businesses overcome obstacles that hinder their growth, while CDF Distributions has been in business for over a decade.

I met Wayne through some mutual colleagues and was able to work with him on a few projects. He has quietly built an empire of companies, but has found a way to put his family and faith first. I wanted to dig in with Wayne to talk to him about what happens when he leaves the office every day and becomes Dad, husband, son, and friend.

Dr. Ben Moore, PT, DPT, CF-L2 is both the owner and a practitioner at EVO Performance Therapy in Nashville, Tennessee. After Graduating with his B.S. from Samford in 2011, and then his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2016, Ben opened his practice in early 2018 with the goal in mind of creating a catered healthcare experience for all that walk through the doors of EVO.

I met Ben after enduring a major lower back injury and have been working with him ever since. Ben started out like more PTs, but quickly realized that if he really wanted to give good patient care and spend more time with his family, he would have to see less patients to deliver more quality in his work. But that wasn’t the only thing that drew me to him. His approach to his growth as an individual, a father, a husband, and a business owner made me to want to dig deeper into his story to see what makes him tick and how he stays incredibly fit during all of life’s transitions.
