For Pride Month we focus on gay operas. Nico Muhly's opera "Two Boys" premiers at English National Opera this week, Richard Brooks' 19th cenury "Robert and Hal" and Paula Kimper composer of pioneering "Patience and Sarah".

We interview two composers who have works being performed in New Haven as part of the International Festival of Arts and Ideas—David T. Little composer of Soldier Songs, and Jeff Meyers composer of Maren of Vardo.
