In this mini-episode, I share some wisdom I received while in Akashic meditation,  seeking guidance about managing my anger.  The message explains the relationship between our emotions and thoughts, and the process of spiraling that can happen when we allow our thoughts to create emotional reactions that aren't necessary, along with practical guidance on how to honour our pure emotions without allowing our mind to take over.

I also share my own reflections on the message, and why we are receiving it right now.

I get asked a lot about shadow work, so many people hear the term and have a deep inner call to work with their shadow, but have no idea where to start. In this episode, I give an intro to Shadow Work, answering some of the most common questions, like:

This week, Natalie is joined by psychic medium Golden Vee to talk about Spirit Guides.

I see Vee as a spirit guide in human form. After stumbling across her podcast and finding myself in deep resonance with her vibe and message, I booked in to one of her spirit guide sessions and I'm not over-exaggerating when I say that this session completely changed my life. Being introduced to my guides accelerated my spiritual awakening, and provided me with the courage and support I was seeking to move forward in alignment with my deepest desires. 

I had a lot of fun talking to Vee, exploring spirit guides in their various forms and roles. During our chat, Vee shares her story of connecting with her guides at a young age, and how her guides have initiated activation of psychic gifts on her journey. And I share a little bit more about how important connecting with my guides has been in aligning with my soul purpose.

We also explore the more practical ways that we can connect and communicate with our spirit guides, regardless of our psychic skill level.

I discuss how the power of belief can create self-fulfilling prophecies, and share a very personal story about my own experience with superstitious energy  as a child, and how it has shaped my life and my journey of awakening.

I also explore the idea of energetic protection - when it's most needed, and some easy protection methods that you can use in your rituals and day to day life.

Please note - in this episode, I mention details of an accident I experienced as a child that took place within a Catholic church. While there is no discussion of child sexual abuse, I understand that discussion of the church in the context of childhood trauma can still be triggering, so  please do keep this in mind before listening to this episode.
