In this episode, I talk about my personal journey with energy. I share how a health crisis challenged me to face my fear of death,  and how that initiation lead me to the study of energy, vibration and resonance and blew open my spiritual awakening.

I explore why keeping a high vibration is the very best form of energetic protection, and why low vibrational states are essential to our journey. I explain how the universal law of resonance works, and share some of the most effective ways that I've learned to transmute low vibe energy to maintain a high vibe state.
