You are here. This is what alignment feels like. In this video, I share three different ways to connect with your intuition. From a somatic healing perspective, we'll go over practical tips so you can become more intuitive.

1. Drop into the Body Before Making a Decision Before saying “yes” or “no” to something — pause. Close your eyes. Breathe into your belly. Ask: “How does this feel in my body?”

2. Track Patterns in the Nervous System Your intuition is always online, but stress and dysregulation can mute its signal.

3. Let the Body Speak Through Movement Let your body express what your mind can’t yet translate. Dance without choreography. Stretch intuitively. Notice: where does your body want to move? What is it trying to release, or draw in?

✨ Somatic Tip: Put one hand on your heart, one on your lower belly. Ask a question and track what sensations arise. Intuition lives in the subtle shifts.
