Adriana Keefe is back for round two! She is an award-winning real estate dropout turned Life and Manifestation Coach. She teaches entrepreneurs how to retrain their brain to build confidence and quit the hustle mentality. Adriana is a wife and mother to 3 children, lover of wine and "New Girl", and host of the podcast Women Who Want More. She was also my guest on episode 74. Today we get deep into the basics of manifesting. We also talk about decluttering our physical space in order to help us declutter our mental and emotional headspace.
"Manifestation at its core is bringing a thought or an idea into reality. An airplane is a manifestation. A computer is a manifestation. So when you hear the word "manifest" it's not as 'woo woo' as the communities make it sound." - Adriana Keefe
