The Inner Game Of Entrepreneurship With Cera Byer

Happy Capricorn Season gang!

This reading is very clear that it is time for us to let go of limiting beliefs and roles we're playing for others that have us playing small in our lives. The shadow for this season was the shadow of The Outlaw, which asks us to adopt a give-no-fucks attitude as we go off from the pack, create our own lane, and then come back and bring people along with us once we've paved the way.

The doors to The Elemental Entrepreneurship Coven are now open, and if you join before 1/1 you're invited to take $1217 off annual membership and annual VIP membership (which gets you a 90 minute 1:1 session with me every month).

Hey friends, to be honest I struggled to decide which Element to classify this episode as, because it encompasses all of them!

This powerful episode is a conversation about Coherence with business consultant, artist, and teacher Fabeku Fatunmise.

Fabeku is a lifelong artist, teaching + building-and-tending community for 30+ years. He is a published author, business consultant for 15+ years, initiated practitioner of the Yoruba spiritual tradition, caretaker of a (famous) cat, and someone loves shoes and hates clowns.

Fabeku's clear teachings on coherence for artists, creators, and business builders is like a breath of fresh air, or bucket of cold water on the brain (but like, in a good way).

Today on the show I'm so excited to introduce you to Gina Ward of Heart & Grit Coaching.

Gina is a marketing, branding, messaging, business mentor and creative coach. She believes that the success of your business lies in sharing your story, connecting with people in a human way and being unapologetically ambitious and authentic.

Gina shares her business story on the first episode of her podcast, The Heart & Grit Podcast, about how many powerful pivots she's made in her own career and in her business.

I wanted to have a conversation about guru hopping, outsourcing your answers, always looking for someone to tell you what to do, vs trusting your inner wisdom, and I knew Gina was the perfect person to join me for this conversation.

In this talk you're getting two coaches for the price of one, so take notes!

This short episode is from an IG Live about a phenomenon I encounter a lot in my coaching work, something clients have asked me about a lot...

How do I stay on track with my priorities when "life gets busy?"

You know the deal, you decide to start your business, or your morning routine, or re-commit to your movement practice, or write your book, and you're happily plugging along and then...

BOOM!

Pet in the hospital. Unexpected breakup. Flood in the basement. Car trouble. Family coming into town.

It seems like something allllllwayyys shows up to knock us off track.

Next thing we know we've missed a few days.

And we feel shitty for missing that few days, so we have to lose a few more days to feeling shitty for missing a few days, of course.

Next thing you know, you've ghosted your business again and haven't made an instagram post in 6 months.

Or you haven't darkened the door of the dance or yoga studio in a year, and feel like you're "starting all over."

There's just so many distractions.

Well, I have a theory about why this happens, and how to stop it. Listen up to hear about it.

If you want HOURS of free trainings, support, and resources on all things Elemental Entrepreneurship, AND video versions of some podcast interview episodes, join my UNSTUCK Facebook Group.

And if you'd like to work together all year in 2023 to help you stay on track with your goals, email [email protected] with "BEST YEAR YET" and we'll discuss if we're the right fit to work together.
