What might happen if we started to treat the universe and life as living art? In this New Moon in Aquarius episode, I discuss my rekindled fire for myth and astrology, and how the purest way we love and connect with art at a museum or in a live performance is a clue for how the universe itself wishes to be engaged. The composition of life itself is shifting toward brilliance, and we are here to light things up.
What's the point of creativity if there's something out there that can crowdsource from the collective field to come up with something 100x "better"?
A year-end reflection on how cutting edge technologies may be the keys to escaping the matrix, but not in the way that you think. In this episode I share what A.I. tells us about ourselves, my personal Scorpio season challenges and how they mirror wider societal struggles with self-doubt and value, and finally, my answer to "What's the point?"

What's the cheat code to life? Listen to the potentially last Innerspace Revolution episode of the year, where I talk about what exactly I've been exploring while not podcasting, give you some end of year reflections on what I see coming for all of us in this Earth game, and what is coming next for Innerspace Revolution; as a podcast, but also a growing space for sharing creative magic and collaboration. I also explain what exactly yoga nidra is, why it's so powerful, and how I'm bringing it into the energy of Innerspace Revolution.

We say things like, the French have discerning taste when it comes to good cuisine.
Or, this filmmaker has a discerning eye for quiet cityscapes.
Discernment implies a unique perspective. It is an active internal practice that is essential to art, but also navigating life. Think of it like a mental muscle that gets stronger more you utilize it and trust its strength; it becomes more apt with time as you start to recognize what styles, techniques, and philosophies feel in integrity with your true point-of-view at any given moment.
In this episode, I walk you through my perspective on how discernment is a deep internal practice that ultimately lends itself to not only quality and innovation, but more importantly, self-actualization.
We may not tell stories around the fire as much as we did hundreds of years ago, but at least we have bureaucratic narratives!
Narratives exist everywhere and are core to societal functioning, but why are the ones that run the world so emotionally draining?
Listen in for my experience working in the media and corporate machine, what I’ve learned from it, and how it has shaped my perspective about storytelling. Surprisingly, I’m still highly optimistic. I also throw in some controversial examples of how I perceive current narratives.
What narratives are you writing?
It may be a meme to make fun of people who talk about their dreams, but I am all about it! In this episode I go meta and show you how I self-interpret one of my own dreams, hopefully in a way that is helpful in showing you how honoring your dreams can be a gentle way to change the trajectory of your life by paying attention to how you feel today.
Have you ever thought very hard about the concept of value?
How aware are you of how you express your perception of value when it comes to the things and people around you, and what might that all say about how you value yourself?
Everyone has deep triggers around what we value and most of us will do anything not to deal with them. What I’m going to cover today is this basic idea- that what we value and put energy toward in this world directly reflects how much we recognize our inherent value as a human being.
What is the importance of healing to become self-sovereign, and how can we distinguish this energy from heartlessness, or from co-depedent patterns in our 1:1 relationships and in the greater world? In this episode I go into shamanic storytime, busting out the abstractions to help us dive deeper into how powerful our energy actually is, and how the way we share energy with ourselves and others creates the collective consciousness and life as we know it.
Symbols, abstraction, and mythology are part of the same powerful language of the soul that activates creativity in all forms. In this episode I go through the spectrum of symbolic language- from the practical use of symbol to create changes in your life, to relating to your subconscious, and on the far end of the spectrum- using symbol and myth to commune compassionately with the environment, the world, and all of its magical mysteries.
