Lane Stowe is a 1990 Graduate of the Ithaca College School of Music. He’s the current bass vocalist with the Uptown Vocal Jazz Quartet. He’s also a freelance musician who has worked with Natalie Cole, Orleans, New York Voices, Jack DeJohnette, Kathie Lee Gifford, and Joe Piscopo among others. He grew up in Woodstock NY, where he was influenced by musicians such as Tony Levin, Mike Manieri, David Sanborn, Paul Butterfield, Levon Helm and many others.
