And I'm back! After taking a few weeks off, the podcast is back. In today's episode, I explore what we can do during this time of social distancing. Once you have taken care of yourself, your home, work, and family, what are you going to do to enrich yourself?
I'm taking time in the sun every day. And for the foreseeable future, I'll likely be recording the podcast out on the balcony while I get my Vitamin D and fresh air. So get read for birdsong in today's ep and in the ones to come.

Today, on the podcast I explore the imposter syndrome and how to combat it. Love a creative. Especially, if that creative is you. As creatives, we all have doubts. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t suffer from imposter syndrome at one point or another. And because you’re creative, your imagination works overtime and can make you feel worse. So love yourself up.
What to do when you're afraid to do the thing you want to do
I've been there. You've been there. We've all been there. You have a project you need to do. You're afraid to start it. This episode will help you deal with the fear with a practical method of overcoming it.
