But for our societal training to use food in ways we are not supposed to, why would you eat at any other time except when you are hungry?... Seeing weight loss only as being only the result of our diet and exercise efforts, and,
Using food for all the things it was never meant to be used for (emotional comfort, stress relief, etc).
