  • Episode 17 - The Olympics Preview

We are here, on the eve of the track and field action starting, Eilidh and Susan discuss all the Scots who will be competing in Paris and give their thoughts on who could do what at the Games.

Can Josh get the better of Jakob Ingebrigtsen? Can Jemma make the podium after being so agonisingly close in Tokyo? And can Laura Muir become an Olympic medallist again? Just a few of the talking points this week.

It's going to be an exciting week ahead and keep an eye out for some bonus episodes mid games (hopefully if there are lots of things to discuss!).

Kimberley and Louise also talk candidly about their upbringing, family support and their relationship as sisters, team mates and eventually as athlete and coach.

    As always, enjoy!

  • Looking back at Glasgow 2014 with Charlie Flynn

"I'm buzzing like a jar of wasps" and "The mail man delivers, once again!" just some of the iconic quotes from Charlie Flynn during the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Charlie was only 20 years old when he burst on the scene in Glasgow. Going into the games he was relatively unknown but by the end of it, everyone knew exactly who he was.  From his incredible performances in the ring to his unforgettable interviews, Charlie was the man everyone was talking about.

In this latest Glasgow 2014 special, we hear about Charlie's own experience throughout the games, the attention it brought and the injury challenges he faced in the aftermath, once he turned pro.

*Unfortuntately the audio is quite crackly at some points throughout this episode when Charlie is speaking, we hope it doesn't take anything away from his incredible stories.

  • Looking back at Glasgow 2014 with Hannah Miley

Eilidh and Susan are back with another Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games special and their guest for this episode is, Commonwealth Swimming Champion, Hannah Miley.

On the first night of the games, Hannah brought the house down after winning the 400m IM, an event which would normally be at the end of the swimming schedule, was moved to the opening night in Glasgow because of Hannah's expectation of winning gold.

In this episode, Hannah speaks candidly about the pressure and expectation she felt in the lead up to that performance, the doubts that lingered, the bond and the relationship she had with her dad and the relief when everything came together when it mattered.

A brilliant insight into one of Scotland's best ever swimmers.
