In 2013, a trio of three men ran 39 marathons in 30 days — raising close to $300,000 (£241,000) for a charity aiming to bring an end to child trafficking. The epic journey took them from Ukraine to Croatia, taking in nine countries in Eastern Europe along the way. Roughly 250 people joined them at various stages of the journey but Martineau, Hacking, and Stancliffe were the only ones to complete the whole run

Rob is one of those people whose exuberance lights up a room and I think he will become a bigger and bigger star over the next few years. He is in his early 20s yet has a wise head on him for someone of his age and is doing some great things.

I am extremely eager to make Rob a regular feature on the show in the coming months as I feel we are on the same page in many ways of thinking.

Environmental issues are all around us and unfortunately so many people couldn’t care less about them.  As an individual everyone has a responsibility to the planet and the people around them so this really is a must listen in that regard.  Some of the talks Will is doing on veganism and climate change awareness are extremely insightful and inspirational and I think the next few years for him are going to be huge.

The day I meant Dean Adkins was a day I will look back on fondly.  It was day two of opening F45 Oxford Circus. In came this guy who was lacking confidence in his fitness ability.  Tristan and myself took him under our wing and made a conscious effort to get this guy going in the right direction.  What I was unaware of at the time was that Dean was struggling with injuries.  This episode explains why.
