Our mind is our most sacred space where we keep our thoughts, desires, and disappointments. When we don't take the time to let go and heal our mental traumas, we carry them into other aspects of our lives.
In the last seventeen years, I have dealt with PTSD after the loss of my two-year-old daughter. And amid my mental health journey, I was at a breaking point, wondering when the mental anguish would end.
