Today’s guest is Carl Carter, Jr., Founder of the Beverly Carter Foundation, a nonprofit named after his mother, a real estate agent who was kidnapped and murdered by a couple posing as buyers in 2014.  Carl talks about how he’s been able to cope with the loss of his mother, how talking about her story has helped him heal, and how since his mother's passing he’s been dedicating as much time as possible spreading the message of safety.
