My guest today is Adam Weber, lead pastor of Embrace Church, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; author of Talking With God: What to Say When You Don’t Know How to Pray, as well as the host of the podcast, The Conversation.
Today, Adam and I chat about the concept of “running the race” (Hebrews 12:1) from the perspective of being a husband and father. When we ask ourselves if we are running the race well, that should cause us to take stock of our priorities, our work ethic, how we treat people, and to what degree we are living out our faith in front of our family. These are a few of the metrics we can use to determine if we are running the race well and it’s a sampling of what Adam and I discuss in this episode.
If you are struggling and looking for hope and encouragement in this race, as well as some practical tips on how to finish strong, then this episode is for you.
