In this episode we feature Alyssa Ritchey. Alyssa grew up on a farm raising cattle and chickens alongside her parents, older brother, and little sis. Athletics are in her blood as she spent most of her life as an athlete — from gymnastics to track and field, skateboarding to CrossFit, and most recently, weightlifting. She has excelled and pushed the limits in all of them. Alyssa is a member of Team USA Weightlifting and competes on the International Team. In 2019, she was named the 5th woman in the history of the USA to lift over double bodyweight in the clean and jerk. Alyssa takes us through her athletic career, gives some great advice and fills us in on what her next adventure is going to be.
