Encouraging people to live their best life, one breath at a time through the practice of mediation and yoga, she teaches the physical and mental value of disconnecting, slowing down, and becoming more self-aware and mindful of everyday life.
Cheryl’s transforming journey of perseverance and patience has led her to find a sense of purpose and to create a healing and thoughtful space that serves as an anchor to others. It is through her story, positive attitude, and mission to spread peace and tranquility as a “soul-preneur,” that Cheryl has established Grit and Grace Meditation. Grit has helped Cheryl to survive her life journey—and her meditation practice brings her to a place of grace.
