Welcome! Amy has returned to the podcast to share even more fantastic information with you. In this episode, she introduces The Wellness Wheel. The Wellness Wheel illustrates a wellness model with different dimensions: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental, financial, work, and spiritual. All of the dimensions are interconnected and important to a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.
Amy shares her experience with this model at a personal level and a program level. We are very excited to share this information with you. We believe it will definitely be beneficial for you!

Chore Chart- Laura’s Family-https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-Nj6zb-XpFG9aigJ21pLM8CqAPED8pFE/view?usp=sharing
Down the left is our initials. I chose the four chores that really would be a huge help to our household and that everyone participates in creating. The chores I chose are: -
Laundry- fold one load and place in a specific area for everyone to grab their stack -
Dishes- Unload one load
Pick Up upstairs
Pick Up- downstairs
Each of these chores should take max ten minutes. You will notice an ALL/ALL section. That means all of us are in charge of all these things- keeping our room straight, PUT- picking up (our) things, putting away our plate in the dishwasher, and setting/cleaning up our space at the table.
I am telling you- I am very thankful for this chart. The environmental wellness that Amy taught us about- has drastically improved in our house and it is due to this chart!
