Welcome! I'm so excited to start the Intentional TESOL podcast!

I'm a wife, mom of 2 premature girls, grade 4-12 ENL teacher, and professional development provider since 2009!

I started this podcast because I want all teachers of English Language Learners (ELLs) to feel supported!  ENL teachers are often just one teacher per school or one for many schools. It’s not easy to be so isolated.  So, by bringing together share groups and other PD opportunities across districts, we can rise up and feel more supported together. By spreading our knowledge on the best practices for teaching ELLs, we are also incorporating best practices for all learners!  We’re elevating the future of education together!
