When a few international students from China living in Japan felt they were low on cash, they didn't ask their parents for any money or take on some part time jobs. Instead, they chose to turn to petty crime to get a payout. When that wasn't making near the amount of money they wanted to make up for the risk involved, they chose to move on to much darker plans to get paid.
