On today's episode of Entelechy Leadership Stories, we meet Cera Muchiri and Matthew C. Temple.
Cera’s commitment to herself was giving greater service to the opportunity of coming to the US and earning a degree. She envisioned empowering others by taking the opportunities she had received and making them possible for the less fortunate. If she ever did go to work for a major corporation, she would ensure it was one giving back to her homeland of Kenya.
After graduating from college, Cera and Matthew made the pilgrimage to Kenya aiming to provide work to war-torn communities. Cera’s education would now prove to be useful, improving the lives of others on a mission to end global poverty. Her enterprise aims to build up to 500 jobs for people who have been left behind by the global economy and use part of their profits to provide high school education to girls in Kenya.
