Most women receive confusing messages growing up which say things like ‘be sexual’, but don’t be ‘too sexual’, don’t be ‘frigid’, but don’t be a ‘slut’ either. 

I share how these messages can play out in relationships and work and lead to women being pleasing and not true to themselves. I also share my story of how I was called a slut by a group of boys when I was a shy insecure teenager and how that created a belief system that made me want to be a ‘slut’ and led me to giving my sexuality away to get attention and love from men.
