If you've been following The Intimate Lifestyle, you’d know that I've been MIA on the podcast scene for a bit as I decided to focus on other aspects of the brand. However, this episode is just too good to pass up on, and so here I am talking about passion, sex and wellness with Susan Bratton.
Susan Bratton is at the forefront of a movement in sex and relationships. Alongside her husband, she is the CEO and co-founder of Personal Life Media. Through this initiative she has produced numerous online courses and publications including the Amazon best-seller Sexual Soulmates: The 6 Essentials For Connected Sex. An expert in this arena, she’s helped millions of people ignite and rekindle the passion in their sex lives and relationships.
It’s something different having a woman’s point of view talking about penile health. The topics Susan and I covered run the gamut, from thrusting techniques, freezies, how heart disease starts in the penis, and the life changing magic of lickin’ and dickin’. Other points we’ve chatted about are:
- An anecdote about a guy who kicked Susan out of the bedroom, Facebook stalking and getting the last laugh (05:12)
- Being an intercourse-orgasm late bloomer and the process towards mind-blowing sex and orgasms. (07:34)
- Thrusting techniques that create better, longer, and more intense stimulation for women. (13:29)
- Shrinking penises and loosening vaginas, other sexual health issues, and methods of sexual restoration. (20:08)
- Penis pumps, my experience using one, and what penis pumping should feel like. (25:31)
- The shame surrounding penis size and determining the need for penis enlargement. (32:08)
- How non-ejaculatory orgasms and multi-orgasmic states can result to a bigger penis, the concepts of edging and riding the wave, and improving sexual stamina and orgasms through breathing. (35:10)
- Tips and tricks to maintain prostate health. (45:54)
- How our lifestyle choices negatively impact hormone levels, libido, and whole well-being. (57:01)
This was a refreshing episode, and I gotta admit, I think I missed sharing experiences and absorbing wisdom through these conversations. Susan and I really just scratched the surface but if you want to learn more about Susan and her life’s work, visit BetterLover.com or keep updated through Instagram @susanbratton.
She’s also provided useful resources for anyone who wants to improve their relationships, sex, and lives through Personal Life Media.
