Or just not understanding a subject in school. But there are some seemingly small things that I know I have trouble with once I was an adult that I wish I had help with growing up. And these can be all hard for most children, but some more so for introverts.

Us introverts have to worry about our own energy different from non-introverts. Whylti use to bend to what others wanted and constantly people-pleased. And having a bad relationship that steamrolled your needs she learned how to set boundaries. This allowed her to protect herself and her energy. Which helped her foster deeper connection, because boundaries are a sign that people want to continue a relationship with you with those boundaries.

Luckily I was pretty good in school. I enjoyed most the subjects and there was no bullying. (Though that may be because I could be a little scary.) But there were times when it was hard. Because I was quieter, and not disruptive, things got pushed to the side.
And that happens a lot for introverts. Whether you are still in school or have your own kids, these are some things to look out for so you can learn and possibly help advocate.

And at the beginning of any relationship, we let more things slide because we are in the rose-colored world of new love.

Some introverts do not do well in offices and big companies with a lot of people around. A lot of people you have to interact with clients/customers and co-workers. That’s a lot of interaction which can make us very tired. So we need things that we can do at work and at home to help combat this. Because we want to do our work, we want to make sure everything gets done right.

There are plenty of jobs out there that require us to get and keep clients. This can be a huge membership company, a nail salon, or even as a freelance web designer. And getting more people in means more money and growth. There are some specific skills we introverts need to cultivate to be better at this. Some are quick and easy things to work on while others will take some time an experience.
