Sometimes we approach parenting seasons with the same idea - to get out of this season we are currently in as fast as possible. Parenting seasons don’t last long though and I want to hold space for each season though. Whether it’s toddlerville or teenageville.

We are missing the scenery though when we do this. Instead of rushing through instead what if you create a proactive parenting plan? I introduce this idea and the benefits of a proactive plan and holding space for the season we are in.

One of the greatest areas of struggle for my clients is even knowing if they are really hungry or not. So often we eat when we are not. Maybe we are tired. Stressed. Sad. Or we just watched a commercial that had Cool-Ranch Doritos in it!
