The Intuitive Mindset-with Jeannie Lynch

 Q: How do we heal addiction? This sounds like a very simple question to one of the most complex problems that plague our society today. Over the last 10 years, this question is showing up more often with the clients I serve. When the pandemic shut-down out the world a few years ago I realized that I was spending most of my sessions helping others who were suffering to find the answer to this very question, as well as talking to spirits on the other side who wanted to share their addiction experience and perspective.

What is Jewish Mysticism and Kabbalah (also spelled Kabalah, Cabala, Qabala)—sometimes translated as "mysticism”. The Kabbalah is part of Jewish tradition that deals with the essence of God. Whether it entails a sacred text, an experience, or the way things work, Kabbalists believe that God moves in mysterious ways. However, Kabbalists also believe that true knowledge and understanding of that inner, mysterious process is obtainable, and through that knowledge, the most incredible intimacy with God can be attained. In this Interview as part of my Spiritual Modalities for a Spiritual Life series, Rabbi Matthew Ponak and I explore the Kabbalah and Jewish Mysticism today with a Modern Twist.

I recently enrolled in a spiritual class called Empower Thyself at the Logan Light Center. The saying "we can not fix what we don't know is broken"  is so cliche but is very true when it comes to our own spiritual healing. In Spiritual terms, we're talking about our awareness or what is conscious or unconscious, and let us not forget our sub-conscious thoughts which make up 80-90% of our reality. In this video, my guest Pamela Robinson shares her Point Of Awness Method with us. A little bit about my Guest  Rev. Pamela Robinson is a gentle, loving, intuitive RSSW Psychotherapist. Bridging the gap between spirituality and psychology.  I started on my formal path in 2006. Working in shelters for domestic violence in families, homes specializing in Mental Health care, and the Canadian Cancer Society.  In 2017 I was called to do more 1-1 work and became ordained as a Spiritual Interfaith Minister.  Trained in Neurolinguistics Programming, and Hypnotherapy to combine with my social work background. The 4 ‘Clairs’ Of Intuition 

Clairaudience Clairaudient messages sound like someone talking to you in your mind. This ‘voice’ of intuition will usually be straightforward. It says things like ‘not now’ or ‘yes, this is the right way’. Importantly, clairaudience comes across in short messages which are sometimes even one word.     

Clairvoyance  The term “clairvoyant” is often interchanged with the word psychic. Clairvoyant messages arrive as an image or scene in your mind. When this happens to me, sometimes I will see something I can describe to a client, but other times it can be more metaphoric. When I see a cake, for instance, I know Spirit is acknowledging a birthday.     

Clairsentience  Clairsentient messages are the most common of the four Clairs and come as a feeling. This is why so many people identify with being empathic. Gut feelings, being able to experience others’ emotions, or sensing the collective energy of a room all fall under this umbrella.   

Claircognizance This is the ability to ‘just know’ without understanding how or why we know. I describe this as our brains receiving an immediate download from our higher self or Spirit Team. We receive information much like computer downloads, only much faster!

The Moon represents your fears and illusions and often comes out when you are projecting fear into your present and your future, based on your past experiences. You may have a painful memory that caused emotional distress, and rather than dealing with the emotions, you pushed them down deep into your subconscious. Now, these emotions are making a reappearance, and you may find yourself under their influence on a conscious or subconscious level. For example, if you had a car accident when you were young but didn’t deal with the emotions, you may get sad or anxious every time you get into the backseat of a car. To remedy this, connect with your subconscious mind and release any fears or anxieties holding you back. Hypnosis, therapy, and shamanic healing can support this process.

The Moon can indicate a time of uncertainty and illusion when nothing is what it seems. Be careful of making fast decisions when The Moon appears because you may later realize you only had half the information you needed. You need to listen to and trust your intuition so you can see beyond what is in front of you. Feel into situations rather than think about what they mean. Let go of your conscious mental blocks or negative self-talk and allow your intuition to guide you. 

Your dreams, intuitions, and inner guidance lead you forward toward higher levels of understanding if you listen and use your judgment to help interpret the messages of the subconscious.
