In some cases, pushing forgiveness on victims of abuse is downright insulting to their suffering. Forgiveness is not an easy TASK to accomplish by any stretch of the word. In this video, I share a very sacred practice I use with the clients I serve. I share my End Of Life Interview process with you by giving you the tools, questions, and suggestions for different ways you can do this process with your loved one. This is a gift straight from my heart to you. This End of Life Interview can bring so much peace & love to a loved one at a time when they need it the most.  People have different levels of knowledge about dying. People may or may not want to know what happens when someone dies. There are things you can do to prepare for a person’s death. There may be spiritual matters to consider when a person is nearing the end of life. There are some common signs when a person is nearing death. This first step can be the hardest one, but it’s also absolutely necessary. You can’t overcome a fear that remains hidden in the dusty regions of your subconscious. You must face it. When you turn your face toward a person, you see that person and learn what he looks like and how he is acting. When you turn toward your fear (rather than away from it), you notice things about your fear that you didn’t know before. This awareness helps you overcome it. What exactly is the Great Ascension and what needs to happen first is such an important topic and question to be asking ourselves right now in the world.  Over the last few weeks/months, we’ve been dealing with massive changes on an energetic level – a combination of planetary changes, our awakening, and an upgrade of our vibration level. Remember, we are all energy and as we evolve and become better people, we start vibrating at higher levels. As a collective, we are currently undergoing changes that are working for our highest benefit. Most of us have experienced one or more of these over the last few months/years – loss/change of job, sudden break-ups/divorce, end of friendship(s), travel/movement to another location, change of home, a desire to do something different, including standing up for yourself, setting clearer boundaries or making lifestyle changes. I'm sure many of you will agree this Pandemic has certainly made many of us feel stressed out and uneasy. A somatic movement, generally speaking, is one that is performed consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement. In order to be most effective, a somatic movement should be performed as slowly as possible. The human nervous system, which controls our posture and movement, must learn new things very slowly. With practice, we are able to gradually speed up and perform movements more quickly while still maintaining form and control. When we do movements quickly, we are not learning anything new—we are simply reinforcing existing learned patterns.  A somatic movement must also be performed consciously, with our complete internal focus and attention. Conscious attention is key to the learning process; we can’t learn something new if we aren’t aware of what we’re doing.
