Taking up space is choosing to use the energy that I have put on others back on me. The more I put that energy and focus back on myself, the more I have to see the parts of me I don't fully accept. Join me as we dive deeper into what it means to take up space and come into self-acceptance.

Taking a moment to celebrate the wonderful men out there today on Father's day and to remind us all to celebrate the divine masculine energy that we all have to create a life we deserve to live.

When I think about manifesting something I want, I no longer pay attention to the thing I want to manifest, but rather the person I get to be in order to have that thing. I'd love for you to join me as I share with you what embodiment means so that you can really manifest and sustain your desire, because who wants to just keep a dream as a dream?!

God makes everything I want attainable. The moment I decide and stand firmly in my decision, God lays out the path before me. I'll do it afraid, I'll do it blindly because I know the kind of God I have. I do not force anything. I keep my thoughts in alignment with what I've decided on and I intuitively wander down the path that excites me because I know that's God's way of speaking through me.
