Today on the podcast I introduce the stone hematite for healing and grounding. 
 
We are faced with the current situation of the Coronavirus and how it you may be creating anxiety and fear.
 
We have heard about the protocol to stay healthy, washing hands, staying away from large groups etc…but we also need to have a protocol for our energy.. an energetic cleansing. 
 
Clearing our energetic field…. I suggest holding a hematite in each hand, or if you only have one..in your dominant hand. 
 
You can lay down or be seated.
 
Hematite  is known to connect your body to the earth, especially when we feel scattered or anxious. 
 
Historically hematite is derived from the Greeks which translates to “blood”. 
 
The Native Americans used hematite in battles by crushing it and using the red tones as war paint. 
 
Hematite was also used for medicinal purposes to cool the blood and help with inflammation. 
 
Our Mantra is “I am grounded and I am safe”  
 
Allow yourself to get comfortable. Invite the breath inward and welcome the breath out…  do this a few times. In and out….
 
Release all tension from the neck and shoulders…..chest and belly to dissolve….Eyes heavy but relaxed….face softens and relaxed….
 
Arms and legs relaxed….
 
Imagine you are standing strong..feet on the earth
 
Feel the weight of the hematite in your palms….heavy and grounding
 
You are safe 
 
Out in front  of you is a beautiful waterfall of light
 
Begin to walk towards it step by step…
 
As you enter the waterfall….feel it’s essence wash all fear, anxiety and nervousness away…
 
You are being cleansed and your energetic field is clear
 
Let yourself feel complete calm and peacefulness at this time
 
Repeat your mantra “I am grounded and I am safe” 3 times.
 
Stay here as long as you like….
 
Take this feeling with you, through out your day and into each and every moment of your living

The mantra is: "I am abundant and I choose Happiness"
