Reiki has been instrumental in my healing and spiritual growth. I wandered into a Reiki Circle in 2005 and I was hooked. I immediately felt peace, support and a connection to my inner self. This healing was completely different then anything else I had experienced. Since that time, Reiki has continued to help me through a very difficult period of my life, a health crisis and every day stress. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I continue to self care with Reiki (Heal Thy Self) give Reiki treatments to many daily, and teach Reiki classes. Recently with the work I do at The Center, I have been speaking on what Reiki is, the history, the benefits, and who can it help. This episode, explains Reiki in a simple way.
