Matt is originally from "1 red light, small town USA" Adamsville, TN. Grew up on a farm, played basketball, Loves fast cars. He married way up when he convinced Laura to be his wife. Proud father of 2 daughters, Reese (11) and Garner (9). Today he lives in Memphis, TN. His 1st business venture after basketball was in the fitness industry where he has owned Maximum Health & Fitness since 2004. He then jumped into the Real Estate Investing world in 2016 and this is where he found his passion in Rentals and Rehabs. His most recent unexpected opportunity came when a restaurant owner was looking for an exit and he was able to buy this business with a combination of traditional and seller financing. Tyler is 27 years old and lives in Virginia Beach with his beautiful wife, Alexis, and their 2-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bentley.

After attending the College of William & Mary for a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting degree, obtaining his Certified Public Accountant license, and working for a Big 4 Accounting firm, Tyler realized he was heading down the wrong path. During his time at William & Mary and the corporate world, he spent as many hours as he feasibly could before and after class/work to read books, listen to podcasts, and research anything he could get his hands on pertaining to real estate investing. It didn’t take long before he became obsessed with real estate and couldn’t spend another year without taking action. In April 2019, Tyler resigned from the corporate world and jumped full time into real estate investing. From that time to today, Tyler built a business that has bought and sold over 200 investment properties over several markets and holds over 70 rental units, most of which were acquired using no-money-down creative investing strategies. He has developed a reputation that speaks for itself by upholding a high ethical standard and consistently ensuring all commitments are honored.

Chandler started wholesaling in 2020 and has been doing so for almost 3 years with his partner Gino. They have a team of 32 and will do around 2.5 mil in gross profit in 2022. He started a call center and had around 30 cold callers and texters and then closed that down. Now he has an education company teaching people how to execute exactly what he did to grow from 6 to 7 figures a year. They have 40 students. Before getting into wholesaling, he made money working for his father and ran teams of 5+ doing jobs. He also did some sales, marketing, and project management for around 5 years over the summers when he was 15 until around 20 years old.
