September is prostate and thyroid cancer awareness month, and many people have been touched by them. In today’s episode, Orlando and Julian have a “candid conversation” with Suzanne Schlernitzauer and Michael Crosby who are advocates for prostate cancer awareness.
Suzanne’s brother, Terry, passed away from this disease two years ago and Micheal is, currently, a patient of it. They will talk to us about their work with such organizations as Zero – The end of prostate cancer and Vetsprostate.org of which Mike is the founder and CEO. Orlando and Julian will also talk more openly about their experiences with cancer, Orlando with thyroid, and Julian with colon. They talk about the trend of men just not wanting to know and how we need to end this because our machismo is killing us… LITERALLY!
We will share resources where people can seek out more information and receive support. Mike also gives some staggering numbers of misdiagnosis amongst veterans and current service members. Stay tuned, listen, share, and let's come together and advocate for patients, survivors, and the families left behind.

Body Image... a concept generally associated with women due to the massive amounts of, "opinions," seen in the media about what the female body should be. But what about men? It seems as if there has been a shift in the concept of body image that is now also affecting men.
Monikers such as metrosexual, retrosexual, and dad-bod are now common terms when talking about men. With this shift, do you think men are better equipped, emotionally, to handle the spotlight and the constant borage of sensory overload? In today's episode, Orlando and Julian talk about this shift in body image ideals within men.
They talk about their experiences, their struggles, and even challenge each other and the listeners to take the concept, own it, and take steps to accept or making changes to help us feel better about ourselves!

"Friends help you move... Best friends help you move bodies!" An old saying but there is a much deeper meaning that holds true. On today's episode, Orlando and Julian talk about true friendship and why is it so hard for men, in general, to express themselves emotionally about this. We get pretty uncomfortable with this one at some spots but we define what true friendship means for us and ask ourselves why it is that some of our long-time friendships may be toxic but we hold on to them regardless. So sit back, relax, and join us in this deep conversation.

On today's episode Orlando amd Julian talk about change. What does change mean to us? Change is probably one of the only constants in life that everyone will experience multiple times. Today we talk about the effects of change, and share from our experiences how we have adjusted. We also talk about how we have failed at times but have learned to "bend but don't break." Change can be positive and it can also be negative, but how we react to it will be the reason why it's positive or negative.
Hope and fear... two feelings on opposite ends of the spectrum. Which one is more important, which one is more powerful? Join the Invincibly Broken crew as they talk about these two emotions, what drives these emotions, and is there, really, a difference between them. Orlando and Julian really get deep with this in this episode and they may share examples of what may be considered an, "Irrational fear."
Why do men fight? Good question… join Orlando and Julian as they talk about this specific question. This episode will look at why is it that the male gender is so prone to violence. Is it a natural reaction, part of our genetic makeup, or is it just simply a display of dominance?
Orlando and Julian break down their explanations on this topic and, from their personal experiences, present an argument to possible mental health conditions. Are they reaching? You’ll have to judge for yourselves so relax, grab a frosty beverage and join Orlando and Julian on this journey in explaining “why men fight?”
In today’s episode, Orlando and Julian talk about regrets and what it means, and what it can lead to as time goes on. Some popular regrets they talk about are common ones like, “I should have asked that person out,” or, “I should not have taken this job.” However, they dig deeper into their own experiences and even tie in how dwelling on regrets can affect one’s own health in adverse ways.
Additionally, Orlando and Julian do speak about one regret that can lead many down a path of depression which deals with not being able to spend one last time with a loved one who passed or perhaps the last interaction was not a pleasant one and the opportunity to fix it has now been lost. But don’t despair, because there are some life regrets that can be fixed and Orlando and Julian talk about some of them, like finishing their education. While they both wish they had finished earlier in life, the fact that they have completed, or in the process of, shows that while it can be a regret, this one is one that can be remedied.
