Instead of looking back on 2021, Annabelle suggests to look inward. 

In this 27th episode of "The inwarders” Podcast, Annabelle shares the difference between:

- looking back on 2021 from our Ego-Self point of view, trying to define what were our success or failure,

- and looking inward, observing what’s going on while Being perfectly at peace with what is.

In this 25th episode of "The inwarders” Podcast, I ask Mikan what God wants from us.

Since July, I have been listening to “The Bible in a Year”, Father Mike Schmitz podcast. Hoping I could build a bridge between my spiritual experience of the Presence within me and what the Bible could teach me about God. First, Father Mike is just amazing and I strongly recommend the podcast, even if like me you don’t necessarily have a very religious background. He makes studying the bible easy and fun. Second, my understanding of what the Bible is and what kind of relationship God is expecting from us accrued. In this 25th episode of "The inwarders” Podcast, I share with you how I realized that we all deserve the best out of life. After observing thoughts and feelings of unworthiness from my Observer or Presence within, I understood I was restricting gifts from my Being. My Ego-Self was the one filtering through with beliefs. Being present to ourselves and observe our thoughts and feelings is one way to let that go.

In serie n°24 of "The inwarders” Podcast, Annabelle asks Mikan how we can best contribute to our kids’ growth and wellbeing.

As adults we are conscious of being on a spiritual path. We read the books, listen to the podcasts, watch the videos, talk to our coach or therapist, whatever it is we are actively going inward. But one day, as parents, it is no longer about our growth. So I wondered if I could support my children’s on their own path. So they would also know who they are, being able to experience life with the least amount of resistances possible. That’s what I “want” for them. And that’s precisely the problem.

While Mikan is answering my question, I realize I want to contribute to my children’s growth to avoid for them to go through the challenges and suffering I went through before experiencing the Presence within.

But what Mikan answers is that we are all already doing the best we can. At the level of consciousness we are at. And that’s fine. Whatever or whenever we feel this is not enough, we need to address it. And by following our internal intuition, we will be best guided in supporting our kids’ growth and wellbeing, only if that is required and / or they show a special interest for it.

In serie n°23 of "The inwarders” Podcast, I share with you my own experience of “the mirror effect” with my kids and how becoming aware of it helped to create a better relationship with my daughter. Being conscious and present helps to keep our “Mother Guilt” friend at a safe distance from us. It all becomes easier when we start going inward.

In serie n°21, Annabelle explains why her day to day problems do not arise from what she calls “challenges” but from her own resistances to them. By acknowledging what is already here, she frees some life energy, stops creating unacessary disturbances and things just solve themselves out.

In serie n°20 of "The inwarders" podcast, Annabelle and Mikan discuss how it is possible to experience being delayed in awakening from the perspective of our Ego Mind while Being at the same. This experience is due to some remaining karma that needs to be addressed or being consciously experienced.

At the same time we are aware of searching, working hard at awakening we can notice that which is aware of this delay within us, it is called the direct path, and all of it is just Being. From the perspective of Being, there is no linear progression.

But to become aware of the Ego Mind as being part of Being, without separation, we need to cease rejection. For example, stop rejecting who we are, including our Ego Mind self, personality, etc. Or stop rejecting an experience. Ironically, while recording, Annabelle experienced many disturbances (from outside and inside her home), some have been removed during editing, and some have been kept to show how she embraces the experience and just accept what is already there.

This unusual recording holds two practical examples of how we become aware of what’s in our experience and just accept it.
