This is the first of many episodes coming to you from the regional spectacular we call the Upper Lachlan. Approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney on the west bound highway to remote NSW, the Upper Lachlan is made up of villages scattered over various agricultural land.
Small country towns and large industrious properties have been worked for over a century to produce much of Australia's farming needs. Boutique shops and essential services are connected by the narrow country roads that wind along the plains and terrain.
When the first migrant Mayor, Pam Kensit arrived here 33 years ago, she fell in love, with the land, the lifestyle and the Lachlan.
In this episode you'll find out more about Pam and in the follow episodes she spills the Aussie Beans on country life.
