Hey Flowmies, we have a special interview for you today. Tommy Doyle Cooper is a Flowmie who is facing a scare that has affected many of our families, stage 3 cancer. ITF is holding a fundraiser to help him pay for his hospital bills while he goes through intensive chemo treatments. Whatup Flowmies?!? We got some IWCA vibes flowing in today's podcast! Paul Collum, the outgoing President of the IWCA stops by to chat with us about his start in the industry (He was not a window cleaner), how to grow your busienss by focusing on what's important, and why a positive view of competition is good for the entire community. We also delve into his involvement in the IWCA and how it can help smaller businesses hang with the "big guys". We couldn't think of a better guest to start the new season off with than Caleb Thompson, Co-Owner of PH7 Pure Water Systems, Inc. and Owner of All Season's Window Cleaning. He talks about growing up around window cleaning and how he and his cousin started PH7. He delves into his personal philosophy of not "biggering" your business (You'll just have to listen) and why money isn't the most important aspect of his business. We finish off the interview talking about what fitness has meant to him and what he went through earlier this year when he had a health scare. Really good stuff that you're not gonna want to miss. Hey Flowmies!! Just to give you an update, I am in the midst of my busy season for our company and that means that the podcasts will be kind of sporadic the next few weeks till the end of the year. We have about three more coming out in 2020 and then we will take a few weeks break as we get things ready for Season Two of the podcast!  In the meantime, we wanted to play the very first interview that we did as a part of ITF. It was about understanding the technical differences between Sanitizing and Disinfecting. It is a really informative and interesting episode that hadn't been added to the official podcast channels yet. Since people are starting to think of other ways to generate income during the cold season, we thought it would be a great time to replay it in order to help those who might need more info to decide on whether to add these services to their business.
