I am saddened and embarrassed by the behavior of certain elected officials and by the silence among their party leaders. We have literally become what we hate in our fight for what is right.

Smash and grabs are become more and more popular. Is there a way to stop them? What is causing these new attacks? What should be the consequences for those caught committing such acts?

When you force companies and individuals to defend themselves in court but you have no evidence to support your claims, there must be consequences. In this case two attorneys who filed unsubstantiated legal claims are being forced to pay the legal fees from the other side.
