For this weeks episode, I am doing my very first solo podcast. The past three weeks I had some special guests, and I have finally decided to do my first podcast alone. This week, I am talking about something very serious. Anxiety. I have battled with this all my life, and I have finally decided to open up about my anxiety, and share some personal stories about when my anxiety switch decided to turn on. Ever since I was little, one of my favorite TV shows has been Dancing with the Stars. I remember watching the show as a little kid when stars like Lisa Rinna, Emmitt Smith, and Stacey Kiebler all competed on the show. Each Monday night I dedicate my evening to watching celebrities and their pro partners take the dance floor. My best friend, Lily and I went on a little adventure to our friends across the river to  see the professional dancers from this iconic show live on stage.
