The debate over illegal immigrants and in state tuition continues from last hour.  Then Jeff and Bill discuss Dr. Shimon Blau gathering enough signatures to challenge Melat Kiros, Democrat Socialist of America for Diana DeGetgte's seat. Kiros won the Dem primary.  There are allegations of antisemitism by Kiros after some statements about the Boulder attack and more.  Dr. Blau said after her comments he felt called to run in oposition. .

The Department of Justice has sued Colorado for allowing illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition for college.  Gov. Jared Polis was on Fox News talking about why Colorado gives illegals this break.  Jeff, Bill, and callers debate benefits given to illegals, assimilation, and the meaning of citizenship.

Yesterday Jeff and Bill shared the viral video of a woman who overstayed her visa being detained by ICE at Denver International Airport.  Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has responded saying the airport if a safe space.  Do you agree?  it's a debate on how we enforce our immigration laws and who we should be targeting for deportation.

The Colorado Springs Planning Commission has approved a new Data Center.  Jason Green, Co-Founder and President, Raeden shares the plans for the Data Center and addresses the concerns from the planning commission.  Will your power bills go up?  What about the water?  Green outlines how the Center pays a big energy tariff that insulates homeowners plus the system is a closed water loop because it is more efficient.  should we be worried about Data Centers?
